This in-person planning experience offers guidance, accountability, and creative support throughout your engagement, with meetings tailored to your needs and planning timeline. You’ll receive scheduled check-ins, personalized planning assistance, and real-world support for timelines, budgeting, DIY projects, vendor coordination, and decision-making. We’ll meet locally at a coffee shop, library, venue, or on-site as needed, helping you stay organized, confident, and excited as your day comes together.

Whether you need help narrowing options, troubleshooting details, learning DIY skills, or simply having someone in your corner who understands both logistics and creativity, your Wedding Bestie is there to keep you moving forward thoughtfully, calmly, and on budget.

Looking for flexible, by-the-hour planning support? We also offer planning services billed by the hour, with options for phone, video, email and limited in-person support for weddings in Central Arkansas. Hourly planning is perfect for quick check-ins, troubleshooting, or targeted help when you don’t need a full package. Rates are flexible and customizable. Planning support can be booked in small increments, starting with as little as one hour of planning time, and used in 15-minute segments as needed. You don’t have to use your time all at once! Spread it out across your planning process for quick check-ins, focused problem-solving, timeline reviews, or vendor questions when they come up.
