Our Hourly & Virtual Wedding Planning service is designed for flexible, on demand support you can use exactly when you need it. This option allows you to book professional planning guidance in small, manageable increments, making it ideal for budget-conscious couples, DIY planners, or anyone who wants reassurance without committing to a larger package.
How It Works
Planning time is booked by the hour
Time may be used in 15-minute increments
Sessions do not have to be used all at once
Support is available via phone, Zoom, or email
Perfect for quick questions, problem-solving, timeline reviews, DIY guidance, vendor advice, or planning check-ins
In Person Availability
While this service is primarily virtual, limited in-person hourly planning may be available for weddings in Central Arkansas, including the Hot Springs, Benton, Little Rock, and Malvern areas. In-person availability is based on location, schedule, and event timing, and is best suited for focused meetings or hands-on guidance rather than full-day coordination.

Hourly planning can be used on its own or alongside our other services, including officiant services, personalized gifts, and stationery design. Many couples start with hourly support and later choose to expand their services as their planning needs grow.
