Pop Up Weddings

Some couples don't want a traditional venue. They want their backyard, their grandpa's barn, their favorite outdoor space, or an empty hall that just needs someone to make it beautiful. That's exactly what this is.

We bring (almost!) everything you need for a stunning wedding ceremony: the arch, the silk florals, the sound system, the linens, the decor, and all the details in between.. You provide the space and the seating, and we handle the rest from setup to strike. Every rental is yours for 6 hours, and we offer two packages depending on how elevated you want to go.

The Base Package

$500

This is a complete, styled ceremony without the venue price tag. The base package includes a decorated ceremony arch with your choice of silk floral and draping options, a 4-piece white and green silk floral arrangement, a bridal bouquet and boutonniere rental for the couple, a battery-operated sound system with four lavalier microphones and two hand held microphones, a styled unity ceremony table with linens, one cake and food buffet table with linens, serving platters, and a cake stand, cups and plates for 30 guests, and a tall cooler and drink tub for cold beverages.

The cocktail-height unity table transitions beautifully into a guest book or card table during the reception. The 6-foot buffet table can be used for food, cake, or gifts. However your day flows.

The rental period is 6 hours and includes full setup and strike. At strike time, we ask that food, cake, and beverages already be cleared from the serving tables so we can collect linens and rentals cleanly.

Seating and tables for a dinner service are not included and must be arranged separately.

Officiant services are available as an add-on for $50. More add-ons listed below.

The Luxury Package

Everything in the base package, plus the upgrades that make it feel like no detail was left behind. The luxury package adds a premium arch draping upgrade, additional faux floral arrangements for the arch and tables, enhanced florals on both the unity and cake tables, a larger and fuller bridal bouquet upgrade, a photo backdrop, and 80 personalized water bottles.

The luxury package also expands the reception setup to two 6-foot tables with linens, platters, and a cake stand, along with premium cups and plates for 30 guests. The cocktail-height unity table transitions into a guest book or card table during the reception, and the two 6-foot tables give you the flexibility to set up food, cake, and gifts, whatever works best for your space.

These packages work anywhere you've got the space: a backyard, a barn, an empty venue, a covered pavilion. If there's room to set up, we can make it beautiful. Weather and rain contingency options are something we work through with every couple at the time of booking. We want your day to go smoothly no matter what the forecast says, but we won't set up in conditions that are unsafe for our team or your guests. We'll talk through the options and make a plan together.
